Footasylum in Preston is hiring a Part-Time Sales Assistant to deliver a premium, energetic in-store experience. You’ll greet customers, showcase streetwear and trainers, and help them feel confident with styling advice.

Shifts are rotating across Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per week, with pay £8.00 to £12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount. You’ll join a team that values energy, fashion knowledge, and a proactive, friendly approach.

What You’ll Do

• Style the full fit: Ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks - kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
• Know the product, know the culture: Learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat - you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
• Host the hype: Own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
• Chase the win: Drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
• Keep it premium: Visuals on point. Stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
