What You’ll Be Selling

Kitchen refurbishments: Transform kitchens with premium wraps for cabinets, countertops, doors, backsplashes, and furniture—offering a cost-effective and stylish alternative to a full renovation.

Bedroom refurbishments: Refresh bedrooms with custom wraps for wardrobes, furniture, and doors, creating a personalised and modern retreat.

Bathroom refurbishments: Upgrade bathrooms with waterproof, durable wraps for cabinets, vanities, and surfaces, combining practicality with elegant design.

Interior refurbishments: Revitalise living spaces, hallways, and commercial interiors with bespoke wrapping solutions for doors, panels, furniture, and more, allowing customers to achieve a cohesive and contemporary look throughout their property.

You’ll be offering clients a wide range of high-quality, affordable refurbishment options that deliver dramatic results with minimal disruption.

Your Responsibilities

Proactively source and generate your own leads in the Peterborough (PE2) area and surrounding regions.

Pitch and sell our kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and interior wrapping services to homeowners, landlords, and property managers.

Manage the entire sales process: outreach, consultations, quoting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.

Keep accurate records using our CRM system.

Work closely with our installation and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Represent the Re-New-It brand at local events and networking opportunities.

Commission & Incentives

20% commission on every sale — uncapped earning potential.

OTE £100,000+ for high performers.

What You’ll Need

3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in commission-only roles.

Track record in cold outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals.

Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.

Experience in home improvement, kitchens, or interiors is a plus, but not essential.

Based in or near Peterborough (PE2) with own transport.
