Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, offering assistance and ensuring a hospitable shopping experience.
• Stay informed about merchandise, sales, promotions, and store policies to answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
• Create a cozy and inviting atmosphere aligned with the store’s vision.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and perform opening/closing duties.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves, and assist in visual display setups.
• Ensure the store remains clean and well-organized, supporting visual merchandising efforts.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and processing special orders if needed.
• Manage refunds, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.

Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred, especially within an elevated contemporary brand, but not mandatory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
