Card Factory in Margate is seeking friendly Sales Assistants to join our team. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, and create memorable moments as part of a vibrant store environment.

No retail experience is required as full training is provided; what matters is your enthusiasm, communication, and ability to stay on your feet during busy shifts. You’ll be a celebration expert, helping every shopper find what they need and maybe a little extra.

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
