Card Factory in Colchester is seeking Sales Assistants to join our in-store team. You will help customers, stock shelves, and operate the till with a friendly approach. No retail experience is required as full training is provided.

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
