Responsibilities for an Sales Assistant

* Safely collect and deliver products to a variety of customers.
* Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean, tidy, and roadworthy condition at all times.
* Interact professionally with customers and suppliers, both in person and over the phone.
* Represent and promote the company and its products in a positive and professional manner.
* Provide excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis, resolving queries and building rapport.
* Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
* Identify and approach potential new trade customers and stockists to expand our network.
* Be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed to ensure timely order fulfilment and meet operational demands.



Requirements for an Sales Assistant
