We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support our Shop Manager and volunteer team in delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards. If you have customer-focused experience, a friendly attitude, and a desire to make a positive impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the shop.
  2. Assist customers from entry to purchase, providing excellent service.
  3. Promote and explain Gift Aid and other promotions.
  4. Handle all company paperwork, including cashing up and banking.
  5. Support volunteer training and development.
  6. Sort and prepare donated stock for sale.
  7. Travel to other shops if required.
  8. Support health and safety and best practice in the shop.
  9. Manage daily shop operations and volunteers in the absence of the Shop Manager.
  10. Reflect the company's values through personal conduct.

Additional Information:

Hours are on a shift basis from Monday to Saturday. All key responsibilities and skills are detailed in the Job Description upon application.
