Job summary

Mulberry in Leeds is seeking an Experience Expert to delight customers with fashion knowledge and storytelling, creating memorable in-store experiences.

You will work 12 hours a week, earn £13.45 per hour, and receive a commission, product allowance, staff discount, and a range of well-being and development benefits.

As part of a values-driven team, you will support an inclusive culture and contribute to Mulberry's Back to the Mulberry Spirit strategy.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a fashion environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Interest in fashion and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team.
• Deliver engaging, dynamic and memorable customer experiences in-store.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
