An established industry player is seeking a Sales Assistant for their Irvine store. This role involves engaging with customers to provide tailored sleep solutions using innovative technology. Salary: Base salary of £11 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £20 per hour with On Target Earnings.
Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant (also known as Sales Assistant, Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Retail Assistant, or Team Member), you will build rapport with customers, assist them in selecting the best products for their needs, and contribute to achieving our store's sales targets. You will be instrumental in providing an outstanding customer experience and helping our customers find the perfect sleep solutions using our sleepPRO technology.
Your responsibilities include:
Additional duties involve moving products within the store and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, which you will be expected to cover part of, with an emphasis on work-life balance.
Skills and Experience: We seek individuals with pride, passion, and a positive attitude, committed to delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, confident communication skills, resilience, and resourcefulness are desirable.
