Job summary

Topps Tiles is hiring a Sales Assistant on a fixed term contract in the UK. The role is 30 hours per week with some weekend work, paying £12.71 per hour (21+) or £10.85 per hour (20 and below) plus personal sales commission.

The contract runs until 27 March 2027 and includes commission on sales. You'll be part of a small, supportive team helping customers visualise their projects and selecting tiles, with training provided and opportunities for progression.

No experience? No problem.

You don’t need to know anything about tiles — or even retail. If you’re outgoing, friendly, energetic and don’t mind lifting heavy boxes, we’ll give you all the training you need, including developing your sales confidence and skills through our simple, customer‑first sales framework.
