SALES ASSISTANT (8 hours, fixed term - Silverburn)

WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?

For our store in Glasgow Silverburn, we are seeking a Sales Assistant.

Your role will involve promoting the brand’s image and maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times. You will sell products, build customer loyalty, keep the store tidy and organized, and check and replenish stock.

8 hours FIXED TERM – over 1-2 days, evenings and weekends availability required

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly attitude and willingness to assist
• Possessing good product knowledge to advise customers effectively
• Serving multiple customers simultaneously while providing excellent service
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets individually and as a team
• Prioritizing customer service above all other tasks
• Offering services tailored to customer needs to maximize sales
• Maintaining an attractive store image at all times

Your Profile

We seek a self-motivated, vibrant, outgoing team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for representing the brand through exceptional customer service. Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable.
