Job summary

cardfactory stores are looking for Sales Assistants to join our vibrant team. You’ll help customers, keep shelves looking fabulous, and bring celebrations to life with warm, friendly service across our stores.

No retail experience is required—the team provides full training. If you’re flexible with shifts, we may place you in nearby stores to cover busy periods, helping create memorable moments for every customer.

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
