Job summary

Card Factory is seeking enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our friendly team. You’ll help customers, work on tills, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and presented beautifully.

No retail experience is required; training is provided. You’ll be part of a vibrant, celebratory store environment, with shifts that may cover nearby locations to keep our customers happy and engaged.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Serve at the tills with a smile, making sure everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more — we’re so much more than cards!

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
