Job Title: Sales Assistant - Trade Counter (Builders Merchant)

Location: Crewe & Congleton (Must have own transport)

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 07:00 to 16:00 | Saturday - 08:00 to 12:00

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistantto join a well-established Builders Merchant operating across two locations in Crewe and Congleton. This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced trade environment, assisting both trade and retail customers with their building material needs.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face at the trade counter. You'll be responsible for advising on products, processing orders, and ensuring that customers get the materials they need to complete their projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to customers on the trade counter and over the phone.

  Advise customers on a range of construction materials and equipment, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs.
