shoezone has an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team based in Congleton. This is a part-time, permanent position.

This role requires working on Saturdays for 4 hours per week. Flexibility for the rest of the week is also needed, with the core rota subject to change based on business needs.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £2090.00 to £2551.89 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £23,923.96), depending on your age. After 3 years with the company, you will be on the national minimum wage for 21+ year olds regardless of age. Additional benefits include career development opportunities and other perks.

The Sales Assistant Role

We provide training and development for our Sales Assistants to equip them with the knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary to excel. A genuine enthusiasm and passion for helping people, along with motivation to learn, are essential.
