What will my role look like?

We are looking for friendly and dedicated sales assistants who can provide outstanding customer service to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery team! As a sales assistant, you will have a range of duties from engaging with our customers, delivering a fast and friendly service, and preparing our much-loved products. Do you have what it takes?

Some customer service experience is helpful, but not essential, as we will support you with great training! If you are reliable, enjoy early morning starts, and love to have fun as part of a team, then we would be delighted to hear from you.

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 6.00pm. We desire candidates to be available within these hours, but we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
