We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused sales assistant to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, exceeding sales goals, and leaving a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The Role

Our sales assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success through influencing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.

Interact with customers each shift to help create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

What to Expect

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
• Build relationships by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual customer needs.
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
• Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly.
• Maintain high store standards through merchandising and environment care.
• Operate the till, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges.
