Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Lancaster Marketgate is seeking a Sales Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll maintain presentation standards, assist in transactions, and help create a welcoming shopping experience while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.

The role is permanent part-time with an hourly rate of £8.00–£12.71, plus a monthly bonus, staff discounts across Mountain Warehouse and Animal, 28 days’ leave, and a pension scheme.
