Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Cardiff is hiring a Sales Assistant to join our busy store. You’ll greet customers, promote Star Buys, and help keep shelves stocked while contributing to sales targets. The role is 12 hours per week with potential for more hours and flexible weekday shifts across early mornings to late evenings.

We offer training, ongoing development, and opportunities to progress into leadership roles as you grow with the team.

Location:1 2 and 7 Queens West, Queens Street, Cardiff, Cardiff CF10 2AQ

Hours: 12 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible -Fully Flex Must be able to do weekdays shifts - vary from 6am to 10pm - Promotional shift hours up till midnight

Salary: £9.95 - £13.15 Per Hour

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great! You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow—with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
