Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Mold is looking for a Sales Assistant to be at the heart of the store, serving customers with a smile and sharing our Star Buys. This role is 8 hours a week with flexible shifts and potential extra hours, offering a friendly start in health and beauty retail.

You'll help keep the store neat and stocked, support targets, and receive strong training with clear opportunities to progress into leadership roles. Piercing services training is provided if needed.

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.It’s a hands‑on, fast-paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow—with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
