No previous sales experience is required as full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with clear progression paths into senior roles and management in the Brighton area. This is a full-time, in-person position with weekly pay.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Sales Assistant to join their Brighton team, working directly with customers across retail environments, events, pop-ups, and local campaigns.

You’ll speak with customers face-to-face, introduce relevant products and services, answer questions, and help create a positive customer experience.

Previous sales experience is not essential, with full training and ongoing coaching provided.
