Job summary

Card Factory is on the lookout for enthusiastic, friendly, and celebration-loving people to join our team as Sales Assistants. Our stores are places of celebration, creativity, and connection—every day of the year. No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training.

If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores. If you’ve got great communication skills and love to chat, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
