Job summary

Card Factory in Hereford is seeking Sales Assistants to join a vibrant, celebratory team. You’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, greeting shoppers, and helping them find gifts, wrap, and more. Full training is provided and teamwork keeps the day running smoothly.

We’re looking for friendly, approachable people who enjoy chatting with customers and can stay on their feet in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible hours across nearby stores may be available.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Keeping our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.

No retail experience needed, you’ll be working with a friendly team and receive full training. What matters most is that you’re friendly, approachable, comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!) and ready to help. If you’re flexible with your time — we may even offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for.
