Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Birmingham (Unit 92 B One Stop Shopping Centre, Perry Bar) invites you to join as a Sales Assistant. You will be at the heart of customer service, presenting Star Buys and ensuring each customer leaves satisfied.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced, with training provided and clear paths to future Team Leader roles. Flexible weekend shifts and part-time hours offer balance and growth opportunities.

Hours: 8 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible weekends

Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 Per Hour

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!

You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow—with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
