Job summary

Superdrug in Birmingham is looking for a Sales Assistant. You will serve customers with a smile, share our Star Buys, and help ensure the store is welcoming and well stocked. The role combines frontline service with target-driven performance and extensive training to support your growth within the company.

The position offers flexible weekend shifts, 8 hours per week with potential extra hours, and opportunities to progress through the team with excellent training and incentives.

As a Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!

You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow—with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
