About this Position An excellent opportunity has arisen to lead one of our dynamic Field Sales Teams at Schwarzkopf Professional, a globally recognised brand at the forefront of innovation in the professional salon industry. As a Sales Area Manager, you will take on line management responsibility for a team of Sales Representatives, driving the execution of the company’s sales strategy across your designated geographic region. Reporting directly to the National Field Sales Manager, you will be accountable for achieving and exceeding company sales targets, while fostering strong customer relationships with salon professionals. This is a field-based leadership role, where your expertise and influence will play a key part in shaping the performance of your team and contributing to the wider success of the field sales function.
