Job summary

Nestlé is hiring for a Sales Apprenticeship in Crawley. Start date 1 September 2027, salary £26,000 per year with excellent benefits. The scheme lasts 3.5 years and is based at the Crawley office with a full-time pattern (roughly 2/3+ in the office).

You’ll rotate through sales operations, ecommerce, category and account management, learning from mentors and aiming to step into a National Account Manager role on completion.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at grades 9-4 (A*-C).
• Minimally 120 UCAS points (or 260 points for 2017 or earlier).
• Must be 18 years old by 1 September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and support execution of commercial plans.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external buyers.
• Deliver and lead commercial meetings and presentations.
• Analyse data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth and problem-solve across functions.
