Job summary

Nestlé invites you to join our Sales Apprenticeship in York. Start date is 1 September 2027, with a scheme lasting 3.5 years. The role is full‑time, with about 2/3+ days per week in the office. Salary is £26,000 per year plus excellent benefits.

You will rotate through diverse placements, learning sales processes, analytics and customer relationships, with support from mentors. After completion, you may move into a National Account Manager role.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English required or equivalent.
• 120 UCAS points or more (or 260 points from 2017 or previous).
• You will be 18 by 1 September 2027.
• You will have the right to work in the UK with no sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements such as sales operations, eCommerce, category management, and account management.
• Learn from mentors and develop skills across sales and customer management.
• Grow toward a National Account Manager role through hands-on experience and stakeholder engagement.
• Attend weekly studies, applying theory from Leeds Trinity University to real work tasks.
