Job summary

Apprentify, a growing logistics technology business in the West Midlands, is recruiting a Sales Apprentice to gain hands-on sales experience while completing a fully funded apprenticeship. You’ll start by handling inbound enquiries and supporting existing customers, building a solid foundation in consultative selling and customer success.

Are you a recent graduate with strong communication skills, commercial ambition, and a desire to build a successful career in sales?

We're looking for a Sales Apprentice to join our growing logistics technology business in the West Midlands. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience while completing a fully funded apprenticeship designed to develop the core skills needed to thrive in a long-term sales career.

You’ll start by managing inbound enquiries and supporting existing customers, giving you a solid foundation in consultative selling, relationship management, and customer success. After 12 months, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a more business development-focused role, taking ownership of outbound sales activity and new client acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound enquiries from prospective customers
