A leading training organization in Rothwell is seeking an individual for a sales role where you will manage stock, handle customer interactions, and assist with orders. This position requires previous retail or sales experience and a strong focus on customer service. The successful candidate will complete a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship, ensuring hands-on training and development.
After full training, responsibilities will include managing stock, completing paperwork, raising quotations, trade counter, sales calls, processing orders, administration, and answering the telephone. Some heavy lifting will be involved with loading and unloading vans.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the organisation, communicate confidently with internal and external customers, and deliver customer service that exceeds expectations.
The successful candidate will complete a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship standard, consisting of a knowledge and competence qualification, functional skills in maths and English if required, and an End-Point Assessment (EPA).
