Position Details

We are seeking a Product Support Manager EMEA (f/m/d) to oversee our Product Support Team (Sales & Applications Engineers). The role involves team management, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting technical and applications support activities across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Product Support Team to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and high productivity
  • Schedule and coordinate the Sales & Applications Engineers to provide adequate coverage
  • Assist with complex technical inquiries and involve specialists as needed
  • Improve sales processes and customer journey, develop long-term strategies
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in tradeshows and conferences
  • Collaborate with marketing to gather customer feedback and support needs
Qualifications
  • Degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or hard sciences
  • Minimum three years' experience in technical sales and/or product support
  • Knowledge of optical engineering and physics concepts; industry experience preferred
  • Understanding of sales and support processes
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
