A leading HVAC solutions provider in Worcester is seeking a technical sales support professional to assist in cooling tower sales. The role requires 2–5 years of experience in HVAC, with a strong emphasis on technical specifications and client interaction. You will be responsible for technical selections, system designs, and providing support to the sales team. As part of HVAC Cooling, SPX Cooling Technologies is a leader in high quality industrial HVAC equipment used to cool large facilities like hospitals, data centers, and power plants. With cooling towers, fans, and refrigeration units, companies rely on brands like Marley, Recold, and SGS to provide comfort and mission critical and industrial cooling solutions.
To provide technical expertise in support of new cooling tower sales by reviewing specifications, vetting RFQs, and determining best-fit solutions. This role is engineering-first, ensuring accurate product selection and technical credibility with consultants, while also developing the commercial skills needed to manage opportunities and grow into a customer-facing sales leader.
