Role and Responsibilities
The firm is seeking to hire a mid-level solicitor, ideally with broad fixed income experience gained either in-house or in private practice. The candidate may be US, UK, and/or Commonwealth qualified. This London-based role will report to the Head of Sales & Trading Legal for EMEA and Asia.
The successful candidate will support various Fixed Income businesses, including DCM, Private Placements, Loan and Claims Trading, Emerging Markets, CLOs, and ABS desks, with a focus on bespoke, structured, or cross-border transactions. Additional support may be required for the Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Treasury teams.

Person Specification
Experience in the UK legal practice of a leading international law firm or financial institution will be advantageous. While direct experience in all areas listed above is not required, the ideal candidate should be a lateral thinker who is enthusiastic, willing to learn, and open to stepping outside their comfort zone. The Legal team operates within a fast-paced trading floor environment, so confidence and technical expertise are essential.
