As a Sales & Trading Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, from managing orders and returns with care to identifying ways to streamline processes that make things easier and faster. You’ll build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted partner to help solve problems and uncover opportunities that drive both satisfaction and revenue. What you’ll be doing

Owning the customer journey

Checking product availability and securing the best pricing for every deal.

Delivering high-quality support that builds trust and keeps customers coming back.

Creating clear, competitive quotes that align with company guidelines.

Following up on leads, exchanges, and loans to turn opportunities into sales.

Keeping internal teams and customers in the loop at every step.

Building strong supplier relationships to ensure product availability and negotiate terms.

Using our sales systems to track, update, and manage orders in real time.

Supporting payment processing and helping resolve any billing issues.

Being the go-to contact for your customers, managing, growing, and nurturing their accounts.

Driving results by working towards team and personal sales targets.
