We are on the search for a Sales & Reservations team member to join our Central Reservations Team based in our canal-side head office, Elle R Leisure. You will be highly motivated and have great telephone manner.

Elle R leisure is a true independent multi concept operator. We have been trailblazers for the last 20 years and are still progressing and expanding in the North west hospitality industry. Our venues include the Alberts Restaurants, Dukes 92, Woodlands Hotel, Soughton Hall, Hello Hotel and soon to be opened Longridge house.

Albert’s first opened in Castlefield in 2004, built on a simple idea: serve great food in stylish spaces at fair prices. That vision still drives everything we do – from our bold menus to our warm, welcoming hospitality and modern restaurants

Part time position – Will need to be fully flexible to work on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

Key responsibilities will include:

Handling of all inbound enquiries regarding our restaurant bookings & general queries via phone, email & social media.

Communicate well to all members of management in the venues and outline all important booking notes/information they may need to be aware of.

Have the ability to think outside of the box when it comes to maximising covers/space on the restaurant diary.

Gain feedback from guests after they dine to help us continuously improve and develop.

The ideal candidate

A passion for exceeding customer service standards, the ability to upsell packages and build excellent customer relationships is paramount to this role, ensuring the guest experience and booking journey is seamless for our guests.

- Have an excellent telephone manner

- Ability to upsell and promote the business and menus

- A positive and can-do attitude

- Can work in an office environment as part of a team

- Previous experience in hospitality as a host/hostess (desirable)

- Previous experience using the OpenTable booking system (desirable)
