As we enjoy continued growth in our core markets of Oracle & SAP ERP recruitment, Apps IT are seeking to complement our Senior Team with a Sales & Performance Manager. This new role seeks to consolidate the experience of an accomplished people/ business manager with a track record of contract billing success into a unique leadership role. We have enjoyed significant growth in Q1 and have strong Oracle and SAP pipelines across all our key territories of UK, Europe, Middle East and USA.

The Sales and Performance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Sales and Delivery teams, including the US and offshore, and will also be involved in group-wide BD initiatives and our overall strategic direction.
