This role aims to consolidate the experience of an accomplished people/business manager with a track record of contract billing success into a leadership position. We have experienced significant growth in Q1 and maintain strong Oracle and SAP pipelines across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and USA.

The Sales and Performance Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Sales and Delivery teams, including US and offshore teams, and participate in group-wide business development initiatives and strategic planning.
