Your mission

Join our growing Operations Team to facilitate job scheduling, quote creation, stock ordering, and field engineer support; helping us operate efficiently to achieve our annual business goals.

Key Accountabilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, managing enquiries relating to jobs, quotes, and invoices.
  • Provide support to engineers and risk assessors for prompt and effective work execution.
  • Assist colleagues and managers to promote efficient operations and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners through communication, collaboration, and training.
Operational Duties
  • Schedule pre-planned maintenance and remedial jobs based on engineers' skills and locations.
  • Advise customers of booking dates and confirm visits.
  • Identify opportunities to minimise costs and maximise profitability.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers, issue work and purchase orders.
  • Order and process stock, including manual handling of deliveries.
  • Perform data cleansing and check/issue job reports to customers.
  • Generate invoices for completed work.
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows.

  • Represent Allsaved’s brand professionally.
  • Complete work within scheduled timeframes and quality standards.
  • Stay informed of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Adhere to Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.

Person Specification
Knowledge & Expertise
  • Knowledge of organisational systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Proficiency in IT and management systems, including handheld devices.
  • Awareness of Fire Safety Industry standards (desirable).
Qualifications
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable).
Experience
