Job Description:

Jackson Hogg is currently supporting a business based in Gateshead in the appointment of a Sales and Operations Planning Manager on a permanent basis.

You will directly support the Operations Director and will be responsible for managing the Senior Sales Administrator and Sales Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the team of Senior Sales Administrators and Sales Administrators, ensuring all company standards are followed.
  2. Review customer orders to ensure they align with order history and work with customers on abnormalities or large orders.
  3. Assess orders against production capacity and coordinate with customers to spread demand if necessary.
  4. Communicate with customers regarding potential late deliveries.
  5. Coordinate with production on priority parts to meet customer critical needs.
  6. Monitor delivery performance to maintain a KPI of 97%.
  7. Collaborate with the New Product Introduction team to ensure new customers and parts are accurately added to the ERP system.
  8. Ensure your team meets targets and works efficiently and timely.
