Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a Sales and Marketing Support Executive to join our team in Bath! You will play a critical role in supporting our sales, marketing and partnership teams, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do:

  • Support: Providing support for the sales and marketing teams
  • Build quotes for sales opportunities
  • Govern the processing of sales orders, including contract and licensing renewals
  • Support Alliances Director with administrative support related to Microsoft Engagement
  • Ensure that all team members are following established processes and procedures (recommend changes as needed)
  • Reporting: Enable data driven decisions to continually improve business performance
  • Weekly/ monthly/ annual reporting across sales, marketing and partner activities, including maintenance of reports to track historical performance and future outlook
  • Revenue optimisation - track trends throughout the customer engagement process to optimise the customer lifetime value
  • Sales Excellence: Ensure best-practice execution to maximise sales and customer experience
  • Govern, monitor and optimise the lead-to-revenue processes
  • Orchestrate and drive value through sales rituals, including Bid and Deal Reviews; Win/ Loss Reviews; Closed Deals Reviews; and Sales and Marketing Meetings
  • Deal support: assist sales pursuits, including the coordination of RFP responses
  • System Optimisation: Optimise business systems and ensure data hygiene to maintain a sturdy foundation to excel
  • Support data collection and cleansing within HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all marketing databases
  • Data management: Govern and optimise systems use, including reporting and data extraction from HubSpot and Dynamics
  • Microsoft Partner Center and partner portals update and management
  • Manage the administration required to receive Market Development Funds (MDF) from partners, including Microsoft
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to partners regarding the utilisation of MDF

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative, sales support or marketing operations role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Cognism, or a willingness to learn these systems
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data
  • Technology industry experience, ideally within a Managed Services and/ or Professional Services provider
  • Collaborative, inclusive and sharing approach
  • Ambitious with a passion for continual learning and development
  • Determination to succeed with the ability to navigate through change, complexity, and ambiguity
