In this role, your key responsibilities include marketing, prospecting, and generating new business leads on social media, participating in weekly training sessions, conducting professional phone interviews, and communicating with leads via phone and email.

You will work remotely using your laptop and phone, with one-on-one training from experienced professionals to ensure your success. As you build client relationships, you will transition into coaching and mentoring teams worldwide.

Our organization follows a structured, proven system, and comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role or self-employment (no students).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Phone and Zoom).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Experience with social media apps (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Open to training and support for growth and success.
  • Exceptional telephone manner, confident, and motivated to succeed.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly Zoom training calls.
  • Flexible hours: a minimum of 2-3 hours daily, from any location. Part-time hours with full-time results.
  • Lead generation using our training-provided marketing methods across various social media outlets.
  • Interview leads and guide them through structured interviews using provided scripts.
  • Work independently and remotely from your laptop and phone.

Please note: No students. At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Fluency in English is required.
