  • Job Role: Sales & Marketing Manager – Peripatetic Role
  • Locations: Field-based across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire & Oxfordshire (Stow-on-the-Wold, South Cerney, Wheatley, Trowbridge, Thornbury)
  • Hours: 37.5 per week, hybrid working
  • Salary: Up to £47,500.00 plus quarterly bonus

Are you a proven Sales Leader with a passion for driving occupancy in the private pay market? We are looking for an action-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to grow our enquiry pipeline and improve admissions across five beautiful care homes within the orders of St John Care Trust portfolio of residential, nursing, and dementia care homes.

What You will Do:
  • Lead enquiry handling and coach home managers and their teams to convert more self-funding enquiries into admissions.
  • Deliver local marketing campaigns and build relationships with key referral sources.
  • Optimize CRM processes and analyse sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support operations teams to achieve ambitious private pay occupancy targets.
  • Step in to manage enquiries directly where and when needed.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 3+ years’ experience in private pay care home sales/customer relations.
  • Proven success by improving conversion rates and driving occupancy.
  • Hands-on local marketing campaign delivery experience.
  • A supportive coach with the confidence to challenge and influence.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across homes.
