Job summary

Circle Health Group’s Hampshire Clinic seeks a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead local sales and marketing strategies, forge relationships with referrers, and promote private hospital services. The role covers community outreach, events, and collaboration with consultants to grow private practices.

The role is on-site, full-time (37.5 hours) with a salary up to £55,000, reflecting experience and qualifications. Strong communications and CRM skills are essential.

• Understanding of healthcare sales, patient referral pathways, or consultant marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy to support the hospital’s business growth targets.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with referrers including GPs, consultants, corporate clients, insurers, and other local healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular outreach visits, calls, and events to promote hospital services and maintain a strong presence in the community.
• Work with consultants to support the growth of their private practice, including profile-raising activity and patient engagement initiatives.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities, both digital and offline, to promote key service lines (e.g., orthopaedics, imaging, private GP, diagnostics).
• Work with the central marketing team to localise national campaigns and develop bespoke materials, content, and events to suit the hospital’s needs.
• Manage the hospital’s online presence (e.g., local webpages, paid listings, reviews) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Sales and Marketing Manager The Hampshire Clinic 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £55,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Hampshire Clinic is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team of staff in the Sales and Marketing department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 shift pattern on site.

Duties of this role include:
