Area of Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate closely with the UK & I sales and marketing team for planning customer meetings, sales meetings, and marketing activities.
  • Inform customers about new products and services, recommending those that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate internally with GM, sales, marketing, CRM, and logistics teams.
  • Participate in marketing and sales activities as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure high-quality service across the product range.
  • Assist with go-to-market strategies in the region.
  • Manage sales-support projects like EPOS sales trackers, price lists, promotional opportunities, and reporting.
  • Support the execution and reporting of retailer events, training, and trade shows (B2B and B2C).
  • Assist with annual retail marketing plans and POS launch coordination.
  • Monitor retailer POS in-store inventory and updates.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office environment, showroom, and in-house events.

Profile of Qualifications:

  • Understanding of premium markets and luxury retail sales and promotion.
  • Ideally, a university degree in business or a related field.
  • High initiative and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Energetic, motivated, and dynamic personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate level or higher).
  • Hands-on attitude; proactive and results-oriented.
