Area of responsibilities:

1. Close cooperation with the UK&I sales and marketing team in planning customer meetings, sales meetings, and marketing activities.
2. Informing all assigned customers about new products and services as they are introduced and recommending products that match the customer's business needs.
3. Internal coordination and collaboration with GM, sales, marketing, CRM, and logistics.
4. Participation in marketing and sales activities for customers as needed.
5. Continuous support for customers to ensure they receive high-quality customer service that covers the entire product range.
6. Support for all relevant go-to-market topics in the region.
7. Responsibility for individual sales-supporting projects, such as EPOS sales trackers, price lists, promotional opportunities, and reporting.
8. Support for sales and marketing in executing and reporting on retailer events, training, B2B, and B2C trade shows.
9. Assistance with the execution of annual marketing plans for retail.
10. Support with the coordination of POS launches and rollout plans.
11. Tracking retailer POS – what’s in-store and what needs updating.
12. Day-to-day management of office environment, showroom, and in-house events.

Profile of qualification:

1. Good understanding of premium markets and/or luxury retail stores, and how to promote and sell products.
2. Ideally, a university degree in business or a related field.
3. A high degree of initiative.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Energetic, motivated, and dynamic personality.
6. Proficient in MS Office, at least intermediate level in Excel.
7. Hands-on attitude, get things done!
