About the Role

As Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator, you'll sit at the heart of the business-driving performance, supporting campaigns, and helping turn strategic plans into tangible results. You'll thrive in a role that blends sales operations, client engagement, and marketing coordination. What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain and manage the Salesforce CRM, generating meaningful reports and insights.
  • Produce monthly sales performance dashboards.
  • Lead and coordinate weekly sales meetings-tracking actions, targets, and outcomes.
  • Provide admin support to the wider sales function to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Create case studies and marketing collateral to support business growth.

Marketing Duties:

  • Help shape and deliver an annual marketing plan with multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events).
  • Liaise with external agencies-ensuring outputs are aligned to strategy.
  • Coordinate and execute impactful events and tradeshows across the UK.
  • Research market trends and competitor insights to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Create and schedule social media content to drive engagement and brand presence.

What we're looking for

  • A background or qualification in Marketing, Business or a similar discipline (desirable, not essential).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is a must; Microsoft Project is a bonus.
  • Comfortable learning new digital tools-training on our software will be provided.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing support would be ideal.
