You will be required to come into the office in Swindon periodically as and when required but the majority of the time you will be able to work from home.
Based in the Sales department, you will be reporting to the Commercial Services Manager and working alongside the Sales Team, this role will involve participation in a range of sales and marketing tasks to support the efficient operations of the sales team activities and assist with achievement of the company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research, identify and engage with prospective contacts for new business opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in progressing active enquiries.
- Support the sales team with customer liaison e.g. proposals, orders & appointments.
- Support the sales team with maintenance of sales documentation and templates.
- Proactively support achievement of team goals and targets.
- Assist with managing and maintaining sales data in our CRM and ERP systems.
Marketing
- Assist with creation and updates of case studies, presentations and other sales collateral.
- Support the execution of email marketing and other promotional activities.
- Assist with social media activities.
- Coordinating our sales team’s attendance at sales events, exhibitions and meetings including organising travel, collateral, liaison with RSK systems and teams as necessary.
- Attendance and participation at sales events and exhibitions when necessary.
Person Specification:
- Experience with B2B outbound sales.
- Excellent communicator, with fluent verbal English.
- High degree of accuracy with written text.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good organisation skills.
- Competent user of O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Able to follow procedures and processes with ease.
- Excellent team player.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £20,800 (FTE £26,000) depending on experience. Part time hours up to 30 per week.
