WORKING HOURS: 35-hour week. Hybrid working is offered with two days at home if desired, with one being a Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Administrator:

  • Working with the Regional Sales Managers on new customer proposals
  • Invoicing, licensing and quotation administration
  • Management of the administration process for new sales agreements
  • Reporting and analysis, using different systems, including, but not limited to: Google Analytics, PowerBI, Dimensions, Impact Vizor
  • Liaising with sales and marketing colleagues to prioritise and prepare email campaigns
  • Analysing and reporting on success of email campaigns using Mailchimp or CRM system
  • Supporting the marketing team with activities through other channels as required
  • Analysing and presenting sales data to assist with financial strategies

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar position, where they have supported a team and are confident with IT systems. Along with this having attention to detail and the ability to forward think is essential.
