Job description

Job Description

You will join a global leader in the manufacture of professional audio products. The company is seeking a Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting multiple functions across the business.

In this key position, you will act as the first point of contact for orders and enquiries from customers and distributors, working closely with the in-house despatch team to ensure a seamless service.

The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter who can effectively prioritise their workload.

You will be a strong administrator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone. A good level of computer literacy and strong numeracy skills are essential, as you will also be responsible for compiling relevant monthly reports.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include accurately processing customer orders and returns onto the company’s MRP system, organising international shipments, and providing high-quality administrative support to the Sales, Service and Logistics teams. You will handle customer enquiries via phone and email, cover reception duties and manage internal bookings for company resources.

Occasionally, you may assist the shipping department with picking and packing orders to help meet demand.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised with great attention to detail, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding service to both internal teams and external customers.

While not essential, experience with MRP or ERP systems and knowledge of international trade and logistics would be advantageous
