What you’ll be doing

  • Daily management of your assigned workload, utilising appropriate workflow systems and processes
  • Handling queries via email and telephone calls, identifying complaints and/or vulnerabilities that require empathy, sensitivity and an effective resolution
  • Liaison with 3 rd party agents as well as internal support areas
  • Ensuring accurate receipt or preparation of necessary paperwork to comply with legislative requirements
  • Ensuring you are effective at achieving completion of the sales or lettings processes in appropriate timescales
About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • An understanding of both the sales and lettings processes
  • An understanding of the legislation impacting the sales and lettings industry
  • An ability to think logically to find effective solutions
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills

About Us

Working hours

Working hours at 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be required in office a minimum of 1 day per week. Currently this is a Wednesday and the whole team are in the office together for this day.
